Sophie on valmis, ja olen vähän pettynyt. Laukusta tuli ihan soma, mutta ei kuitenkaan sellainen kuin toivoin. Tai sitten huovutetut laukut eivät vain istu muutoin loistokkaaseen tyyliini.

Laukku kutistui pesussa melkoisesti, kuten näkyy:

Sophie is ready, and I'm a bit disappointed. She's pretty, but not fabulous. I guess felted bags aren't really my style (which is fabulous, of course).

En suosittele Létt Lopia huovutukseen. Lanka huopui hyvin, mutta kun otin laukun pesukoneesta, se oli pitkien mustien karvojen peitossa ja jokseenkin epämiellyttävän näköinen. Minulla oli niin kiire trimmata kassi siistiksi, että kuvien ottaminen unohtui. Tai sitten siveä puoleni esti moisen. :-D

Huovutushommat taitavat nyt sitten olla pulkassa. Kultainen mieheni siivosi pari tuntia karvaista kylppäriä ja pesukonetta, joten säästän hänet siltä, ainakin toistaiseksi.

I wouldn't recommend Istex Létt Lopi for felting. It felted ok, but when I took the bag out of the washer, it was all covered with this long black hairy stuff that made my little bag look somehow grotesque. I was so in a hurry to cut those insulting hairs out, that I forgot to take pictures. Or it could be that I'm just modest that way. :-D

I think that this concludes my felting experiences, at least for a while. My sweet husband did a great job cleaning the washing machine, so I'm gonna spare him from doing that any time soon.
