Little Child's Sock

Postipoika toi eilen ison paketillisen uutta sukkalankaa (mikä langanostolakko?), joten tuli kiire saada nämä sukat alta pois.

I got a big package of new sock yarn in the mail yesterday (oh yes, I'm done dieting), so I was very anxious to get these finished. I like these socks, and although they are not as glorious as the Kilt Hose, they are nice and comfortable and hopefully more durable than the silk/wool stockings too.

I made one modification to the pattern: I started the calf decreases 20 rows earlier than in the pattern, where they were placed near the heel. Otherwise I followed the pattern to the letter.
