Sukkapakkomielteeni on muodostunut vakavaksi.

I cannot stop thinking about socks (this week's obsession: knee highs!). When I'm not knitting socks (sadly that would be most of my waking time, since I have to work too), I'm obsessively thinking about knitting socks (they cannot rule my mind. Hahaa!). This might be a bit crazy, but never I mind. Socksockssocksockssocks.

Minulla on sentään vielä viisi puikkoa. Mahtoikohan Freddie kutoa?

Well luckily I'm not quite there yet. I wonder if Freddie knit?

Ihana sukka-addiktio!

I love your blog - and your socks! In fact, I bought yarn to make the Little Childs Sock and the Highland Schottische kilt hose because yours are so beautiful. All day I daydream about making socks. I must be mad, too.

Mad for socks is my kind of mad. If being mad makes you knit the beautiful socks you do, then go ahead, go insane!!

Mad for socks is quite a nice charming kind of mad, so just give in to the madness. Have you used 4 ply soft for socks before? I have been thinking about using them because I can get them easily in the lys here.

I get that same madness in the autumn - right around Socktoberfest :) I have plans for the same lacy knee highs from Vintage Socks. Also, I am making the Canyon Hiking Socks now - a pink sock with burgundy stripes. They are fun, easy, and quick!

Cheers, Terhi!

Those socks look so great and fun! No wonder it's all you think about. Hey, you even have the yarn to start them! Madness is good...

Oh, all your chosen socks are beautiful and you really has magic hands on knitting socks. I think mad on interest is OK.

Hahahhaaha!! I'm suffering from the exact same syndrome at the moment. As soon as a pair is off the needles, I have to start another one! And while I'm knitting one pair, I'm constantly thinking about what pair I'm going to knit next and what yarn I will use. I think it's some kind of crazy-spring-sock-disease. The absence of a sock on the needles causes serious withdrawal symptoms!

Sellaista se on. Minäkin vaan hamstraan sukkalankaa (menin sitten sortumaan niihin muihinkin Fleece Artisteihin) ja neulon sukkia. Ihania polvisukkia... *drool* :)

Kiitos kommenteista! Thank you for your comments!

susanna: Juu, muistan hämärästi. En osannut enkä HALUNNUT tehdä sukkia. Tosi outoa.

hanna: Suomalainen sukkakirja onkin ihan outo kirja minulle. Täytyykin heti huomenna mennä meidän kirjastoon tutkimaan asiaa...

jatta: :-D

pikku-kettu: Onkohan tämä ihan parantumatonta hulluutta? Eipä silti, ei haittaa vaikka olisikin. :-D

Terhi - why didn't you tell me you were knitting the canyon hiking socks?! I have scraps of the colored portions left over from the originals. If you want them, leave me a comment, and I'll send them to you!

xox, J
